This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application Cat Puzzle: Fit the Cats (the "App"), operated by the developer listed on the App Store page, handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This App does not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect any of the following:

• Name, email address, phone number, or any other contact information
• Location data
• Photos, contacts, microphone, or camera data
• Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV) for advertising
• Browsing history or usage analytics
• User accounts — the App does not require sign-in of any kind

2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App saves the following data only on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party:

• Which levels you have completed (to track progress)
• Music and sound effect on/off preferences
• Whether you have purchased the full-game unlock
• Responses to optional in-game feedback prompts

You can delete all of this data at any time by deleting the App.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time, non-subscription in-app purchase to unlock all levels. All purchases are processed by Apple's App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's handling of transaction data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

The only purchase-related information the App stores locally is a boolean flag indicating whether the unlock has been purchased, so that your purchase can be restored on reinstall using Apple's "Restore Purchases" mechanism.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses only Apple's built-in frameworks (StoreKit for purchases, AVFoundation for audio, SpriteKit for graphics). The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is rated suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from children or anyone else. Because we collect no data at all, we are compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) by default.

6. Data Security

Since all App data is stored locally on your device using Apple's system APIs, security is provided by iOS itself. No data is transmitted over the internet by the App (except for the purchase flow, which is handled entirely by Apple).

7. Your Rights

Because we do not collect any personal data:

• There is no personal data for you to access, correct, or delete.
• Deleting the App from your device removes all local game data.
• You have no accounts to close because no accounts exist.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Since no data is collected, policy changes will generally relate to clarifications or new App features. Continued use of the App after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
