Overview
America Citizenship Test 2026 ("the App") is an educational practice-test app that helps you prepare for the U.S. naturalization civics test (USCIS). We respect your privacy. The App has no user accounts, and the entire question bank runs locally on your device. We do not collect personally identifiable information ourselves. The App is supported by ads served through Google AdMob, which collects limited data as described below.
Information We Do Not Collect
The App itself does not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal contact information. No sign-in or account is required to use the App.
Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The following is stored only on your device using standard local storage and never sent to us:
- Your quiz progress, scores, and history
- Bookmarked or favorited questions
- App settings and preferences
- Whether you have purchased the ad-free / full unlock
You can delete all of this data at any time by deleting the App.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App displays advertisements using Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob (Google) may collect:
- Advertising identifiers — the IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) on iOS or the Advertising ID on Android
- Usage Data — coarse app-interaction and device data used to deliver and measure ads
This data is used for third-party advertising and ad-performance measurement by Google and its partners. On iOS, access to the IDFA and personalized advertising require your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt — you may decline, and the App will continue to work normally. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings. Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
In-App Purchases
The App offers a one-time, non-subscription in-app purchase to remove ads and/or unlock the full question bank. Purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store (and Google Play where applicable). We never receive or store your payment information. The only purchase-related data stored locally is a flag indicating whether the unlock was purchased, so it can be restored via the store's "Restore Purchases" mechanism.
Third-Party Services
The only third-party service integrated into the App is Google AdMob (advertising). The App does not integrate any other analytics, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs.
Children's Privacy
The App is rated suitable for ages 4+. The question content is stored locally and the App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising is delivered by Google AdMob and is configured to respect platform requirements; please also refer to Google's policies above.
Data Security
All app data is stored locally on your device using the operating system's standard storage. Network access is used only to deliver ads and to process purchases through the App Store.
Your Rights
- We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete.
- You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.
- You can manage App Tracking Transparency permission in iOS Settings at any time.
- Deleting the App removes all local data.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By downloading or using America Citizenship Test 2026, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Educational Purpose & No Government Affiliation
The App is an independent study aid for the U.S. naturalization civics test (USCIS). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or any government body. Practice questions are provided for preparation purposes only and do not guarantee that you will pass any official test. Official test content and requirements may change at any time — always verify the latest information with the relevant official sources.
Ads & In-App Purchase
- The App is free to use and supported by advertising through Google AdMob.
- A one-time, non-subscription in-app purchase is available to remove ads and/or unlock the full question bank.
- Purchases are charged to your Apple ID (or Google account) and processed by the store.
- Refunds are subject to the Apple App Store / Google Play refund policy.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute its content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the practice content is complete, current, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App, including any outcome of an official test.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
